For bus and air plane trips VISTALIS Travel Agency works with co-partners and therefore does not bear any responsibility for not fulfilling the travelling. 

TRIP BY BUS
The buses are designed for tourism services and are licensed by the Ministry of Transport of Bulgaria. Tourists are allowed to carry the following weight of luggage:
- travel suitcases – up to 25 kg
- hand luggage – up to 5 kg

TRIP BY AIR PLANE
It is necessary to be at the airport at least 2 hours before departure time for checking-in at the check-points.
Tourists are allowed to carry the following weight of luggage:
- travel suitcases – up to 25 kg. Overweight luggage will be charged with additional fees.
- hand luggage – up to 5 kg. The weight limits are different according to the specific air companies' policies, routes and classes, but the weight limit in general is 10 kg. In your hand luggage you are allowed only little quantities of liquids which should be packed very well and each should be in different transparent bag; the total quantity should be no more than 1 litre.
Make-up, perfumes, creams, sprays and other toilet accessories are not allowed in your hand luggage.
