On travelling, tourists should follow an appropriate behaviour by observing the social norms, way of life and local customs of the visited country.
If anyone acts inappropriately and causes any sort of inconvenience, stress, or damage to other tourists or an employee of the agency, or puts someone at risk, his/her travel will be cancelled with no warning. In this case the travel agency shall not owe penalty or an explanation about the cancellation.
In order to fulfil the program, tourists should be on time at the specified place where the guide has indicated. On departure time tourists who are running late will not be waited for; when leaving from another town or place tourists who are running late will be waited for up to 15 minutes. In either cases such tourists will join the group or go back to their home country at their expenses; the travel agency will not be responsible for the consequences and will not refund any amounts paid for unconsumed services.
Before you go on your trip it is advisable to make a health, tourist or any other insurance.
When travelling abroad you are obliged to observe the local laws and regulations of the visited country.
In case you have been detained by the local authorities, you should ask for a contact with your country's Embassy in the visited country.
In case you are travelling with your own transport, you should be familiar with the local traffic rules and you should have an up-to-date driving license.
In the event of death abroad, you must contact your Embassy where you will find assistance for the necessary documents.
Wherever you are, please observe the local rules for crossing over the streets, possession and consumption of alcohol and opiates, smoking and throwing rubbish on the street.
