The client
Northfield Coffee sells single-origin coffee subscriptions online, mostly to home brewers aged 25 to 45 in the UK.
The challenge
Two ads had carried their Meta account for five months. Results were sliding every week, and the team had no time to make replacements.
What we made
48 ads over six weeks: creator-style unboxings, a cost-per-cup static and a first-sip hook, each built to test one idea.
The results
Cost per purchase fell 31% against the previous six weeks, measured in Northfield's own Meta Ads Manager. The first-sip hook became their new top ad.
What's next
Testing gift-subscription angles ahead of Christmas.
