Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of www.vistalis.net and the video production services Vistalis provides. By using the site or commissioning work, you agree to them.
The service
Vistalis produces short videos from still photographs supplied by you ("faithful-motion" video), delivered digitally in the formats described on our pricing page. Free samples are provided at our discretion, without commitment on either side.
Turnaround times shown on the site (including 24-hour delivery) are targets we work hard to hit, not guarantees; if we anticipate a delay we will tell you as early as we can.
Your material
You confirm that you have the necessary rights to the photos and property information you send us, and that our use of them to produce your videos will not infringe anyone's rights. You remain the owner of your photos.
The videos
Once paid for, finished videos are yours to use for marketing the relevant property across portals, social media, and your own channels. We may showcase produced work in our own portfolio and marketing unless you ask us not to. Just say so and we won't.
Payment
Prices shown on the site are illustrative; your rate is confirmed in writing before any paid work begins. Payment terms are agreed per client. If an invoice is overdue we may pause delivery of new work until it is settled.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site or services. Misuse includes sending material you have no right to share, attempting to disrupt the site, or using our work to mislead (for example, presenting a video as depicting a property it does not).
Liability
We provide the site and services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
General
We may update these terms from time to time; the date above shows the current version, and continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes belong to the courts there.
