Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Vistalis collects when you use www.vistalis.net or our services, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it deliberately plain: we collect as little as we can, and we don't sell any of it.
What we collect
We collect information in three ways, all of them things you choose to give us or that arise from ordinary use of the site:
- Contact details: your email address when you request free samples or contact us.
- Client material: the listing photos and related property information you send us to produce videos from.
- Usage data: privacy-friendly, aggregated analytics about how the site is used (pages viewed, country, device type). Our analytics do not use cookies and do not identify you personally.
How we use it
We use your email address to reply to you, deliver your sample or finished videos, and follow up about your inquiry. We use the photos you send solely to produce your videos. We use aggregated usage data to understand what on the site works and what doesn't.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
Like most small businesses we rely on a few service providers to operate: website hosting and analytics (Vercel), and email. These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry emails for as long as needed to serve you and for a reasonable period afterwards. Client photos and produced videos are kept while we work together and so we can re-deliver files on request; ask us and we will delete them.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these, email us and we will respond promptly.
Contact
For anything privacy-related, contact us at hello@vistalis.net. If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page; material changes will be flagged on the site.
